The Lawrence Park West Association (LPWA) is an organization of member homeowners whose main purpose is to preserve and beautify our unique neighborhood, maintain communication among the homeowners as well as with the City of Yonkers and Sarah Lawrence College, and sponsor periodic homeowner gatherings.  Over the past 60 years since its founding in the 1950s, the LPWA has played a significant role helping to address issues that impact our neighborhood and today maintains a close working relationship with the City of Yonkers and Sarah Lawrence College representing LPWA interests.
